Highs and lows for Buildbase Honda at Lyng – Team Report
The highs and lows of top-flight motocross were perfectly illustrated at round three of the Michelin MX Nationals at Lyng on Sunday where Buildbase Honda’s Lewis Tombs took third overall in Pro MX1 and Josh Gilbert won the opening Pro MX2 moto before ending the day in A&E.

The old-school, mostly natural Cadders Hill circuit always cuts up rough and with the series’ Fastest 40 format pitting MX1 and MX2 machines together in a pair of 25-minute plus two lap races that are scored separately the opening stages of both motos were hectic.

Wheeler Dealer! Portsmouth MXC Club Championships Round 6 – Race Report and Results
Portsmouth MX Club headed east for the weekend, arriving at a new venue for the club – Sellindge. Superbly prepared by former British two-stroke champion, Dave Willet, the riders were presented with a real old school circuit, a pleasant change to the tracks they normally ride.

Brave Kellett on the box in Agueda – EMX2T Round 3 – Highlights, Report and Results
As MXGP and MX2 riders finish out their weekend in Agueda, Portugal the racing EMX2t presented by FMF Racing has already wrapped up. Picking up his second overall win in a row this weekend in Portugal is Team Ecomaxx Fuels’ Mike Kras.
As the third round of the European 2t Championship, Portugal provided perfect conditions. Starting with Saturday’s Race 1 it was Kras in the lead just edging out his Team Ecomaxx Fuels Teammate Youri Van t Ende.

Perfection from Gajser and Prado! MXGP of Portugal – Highlights, Report and Results
As the Sun start to set on the Portuguese circuit of Agueda the buzz from the excitement of today’s epic racing continues. The 2019 MXGP of Portugal provided another round of stunning MXGP and MX2 racing with Team HRC’s Tim Gajser and Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Jorge Prado finishing atop the standings.
Agueda’s clay soil is rich with color but today’s racing was even more vibrant as thousands of fans filled the trackside hills to take in the action. Graced with blue skies and sunshine the track was prepped to perfection overnight but the riders of MXGP and MX2 still had their hands full as it developed into a challenging circuit as the day progressed.

Cairoli and Olsen Pass their way to Pole! MXGP of Portugal Qualifying – Race Report, Highlights and Results
Qualifying day is complete at the Portuguese stop of the 2019 FIM Motocross World Championship. The MXGP of Portugal has already provided amazing action on track with Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Antonio Cairoli and Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing’s Thomas Kjer Olsen pass their way into the lead and taking the respective MXGP and MX2 pole positions.

Back on Sunday 12th May the revamped Point-S South West Masters Motocross Championships made its way down to Newquay Moto Parc for round 2 in the 5 round series.

This was a new venue to the series and also a new track for many riders having not rode here before. The weather had been kind prior to the meeting and on the day and the organisers were forced to water the track before practice got underway and during the first block of racing. A mighty fine batch of British Motocross stars have already signed up to the second staging of the Steel Hawk Motorcycle Club promoted “Rock it til Sundown” Midweek Motocross Classic.

Great day at the Bob Collier Trophy – South Midland Motocross Championship Round 3
Following a week of fairly inclement weather the Long Buckby track was in excellent condition. The club workers team had done an excellent job on the track. With hardly any standing water, the rain had soaked in and kept the dust under control all day making for some excellent racing and high grip levels.

The expert class saw Robert Wood taking two wins and a second for the overall. Paul Burn was in close attendance all day long taking two runner up places and the win in the third moto. Glen Bixby had a consistent day running 3-3-4 for third overall. Fourth place went to Kyle Creevy.
