Dirt Hub: Do you have a Pre-Race Playlist you listen too, and if so name a couple of tracks that are on it?

Henry: Before a meeting, I usually listen to songs with a quick beat like ‘power by Kayne west’ as I feel it gets me in the right mood for racing.

DH: When was the last time you cried?

Henry: I’m not too sure but it isn’t recently haha. Could say when there was no racing due to COVID-19 haha

DH: What is your favourite inspirational quote?

Henry: My inspirational quote is by Niki Lauda and if goes ‘From success, you learn nothing. From failure and setbacks conclusions can be drawn.’ That goes for your private life as well as your career’.

DH: Do you have any weird suspicions or pre-race rituals?

Henry: Before racing, I usually stretch out so I feel ready and lose before jumping on the bike.

DH: What drives you most to get up in the morning and go training?

Henry: I usually get up about 8 most days to start training where I listen to different inspiration videos and watch other well-known sportspeople’s training routines like Anthony Joshua.

DH: What is your biggest Phobia?

Henry: Snakes and Rats

DH: Who is your biggest sporting idol and why?

Henry: My sporting idol would have to be Muhammad Ali as he changed his sport and is till this day the best at his sport.

DH: Where do you see yourself in five years time?

Henry: I’d like to see my self as racing in Europe with a great team round me and enjoying time with family and friends.

DH: What is your all-time favourite movie?

Henry: My all-time favourite movie has to be Captain America-First Avenger.

DH: Who has had the biggest impact on your career?

Henry: All my family as without their help and support I wouldn’t be where I am right now in my sport.

DH: What is your philosophy on life?

Henry: I think there is someone or something out there but I’m not sure what it is or who they are.
