Team Standing Construct Honda in for 2024 Ashbrook Hawkstone International!

The organisers behind the 2024 Ashbrook Hawkstone International powered by Syntol Lubricants have pulled in more top international talent in the form of the Standing Construct Honda MXGP team of Pauls Jonass and Alberto Forato!

Jonass, the 2017 MX2 World Champion and the only ever Latvian MXGP winner, has had winning rides around Hawkstone before when riding for Red Bull KTM Factory Racing, and after a troubled few seasons he will be looking to re-establish himself among the top order in 2024.

Thumbs up from Alberto Forato – he’s on his way to Hawkstone Park!

The strong Italian Forato is due to make his Shropshire debut in the MX1 class on February the 25th, making one of his first appearances for his new Standing Construct Honda team after moving to Belgium and no doubt spending most of the winter training in sandy going!

He won’t be one to shy away from rough weather either, as his biggest win to date came in a muddy RAM Qualifying Race at his home GP at Maggiora last September.

Always a popular and colourful character, he will be one to cheer if he can get amongst the established stars like Jeffrey Herlings, Romain Febvre, and Conrad Mewse.  There will no doubt be a big crowd around the Standing Construct transporter in the pits as well!
