Gabriel SS24 KTM Go Big for 2024 in MXGP!

Gabriel SS24 KTM are proud to announce their rider line-go and plans. as they head into 2024 with all guns blazing. Becoming an official partner of KTM Austria and KTM UK for the 2024 season, Gabriel S$24 KTM will attack the full MXGP season and EMX250 Championship. as well as the Dirt Store ACU British Championship.

With two new riders joining the team tor 2024. Josh Gilbert will lead the way. as he competes in the full MXGP series as well as the British Championship, aboard his KTM 450 SX-F. Alongside him will be Dutchman Cas Valk. who has his eyes  set on the EMX250 Championship, as well as making his mark in the British Championship in the MX2 class. Cas will also wildcard some MXGP rounds, equipped with his 250 SX-F.

Josh Gilbert will lead the team in their first full MXGP season.

After stepping into a Team Manager role in 2023, Shaun Simpson will now apply his full focus on helping the team develop and succeed on the big stage in 2024, adopting his management role full-time

Shaun Simpson – Team Manager: “2024 is going to be an exciting year for us at Gabriel S$24 KTM.  We have been building up to this point for 3 years, and now have the resources and the riders to compete of the top level in our respective classes. We are delighted to welcome two new riders to our line-up. Josh Gilbert will be competing in the full MXGP Championship, and Cas Valk will enter the EMX250 Championship for his second year. Both riders will also compete in the British Championship.

We expect great things from both riders and are excited to embark on our full MXGP and EMX250 debut with them. Josh has already enjoyed some great results in selected MXGP and AMA races, and we are confident that he can build on this in what will be his first full season. Cas is already a veteran on the EMX250 Podium, and is a serious title contender for the 2024 season.

A massive thank you to KTM and Simon Gabriel for putting their faith in me, in what will also be my debut year as a full-time manager. We are excited to see what the future will bring. ”

Shaun Simpson welcomes his riders to life in orange!

Backed by the support of KTM, Gabriel SS24 KTM will take on the full MXGP calendar in 2024, in what will be their debut season of competing in the full series. Josh Gilbert will also be competing in his first full MXGP season, after a successful 2023 in the domestic Championships in the UK.

Josh Gilbert – MXGP: “I’m really happy to be joining the Gabriel SS24 KTM team for the 2024 season. Massive thanks to the team for giving me the opportunity to race on the world stage. and show my full potential I n both the British and World Championships. I can’t wait to get started.”

Gabriel SS24 KTM will also make their first attempt at tackling the hotly contested EMX250 Championship. with 18-year-old Cas Valk. The 2022 EMX125 Champion will compete in the EMX250 class in what will be his second season, and will be aiming his sights at the top step.

Cas Valk – EMX250: *I’m super happy to be riding for the Gabriel SS24 KTM team for the 2024 season. I will compete in the EMX250 class and the British Championship. I will do some MX2 GP races as well! A big thanks to KTM for picking me up and supporting me with the official material. I’m looking forward to getting started!”

Team Owner Simon Gabriel has put his faith into Shaun, Josh and Cas for the 2024 season, and is excited to get the ball rolling

With Shaun taking on the full-time role as Team Manager in 2024, and Josh and Cas joining the ranks, we are excited about where the year will take us.
