In the Pro MX1 class, Steven Clarke has a good chance of rapping up the title this weekend, having notched up a 62 point lead over Richard McKeown. Charlie Putnam is solid in third and will look to consolidate that.  Riders in contention for the round win include Tom Grimshaw, Dan Thornhill and Brad Todd.

Over in Pro MX2, Callum Mitchell and Daniel Hutchinson are light years ahead of their rivals and already have the top two places in the bag.  Third place could go anywhere with a solid showing from any rider over the last two rounds could see a podium push. Riders in the line up this weekend include new Verde KTM rider Dylan Woodcock, Phoenix Even Strokes Kawasaki racer Carlton Husband, Alfie Jones and Ben Franklin from the Chambers Racing team and Jamie Wainwright, who will be a favourite for a podium spot.

John Joe Wright has looked solid in Amateur MX1 this year and has eked out a 67 point gap over Simon Booth who needs to up his game if he wants to get that top spot. The battle for the third podium spot is well and truly on with Sean Williamson, Max Lewis, Jamie Dixon, Ryan Osborn and Jamie Fort all in contention.

The Amateur MX2 class has seen Henry Siddiqui pull clear at the head of the field with a 60 point advantage over Ben Clark in second. Rory Jones looks solid in third but a good round by the likes of Patrick Jackson, Joele Hart and Syd Putnam could see them make a challenge for the top three.

The always stacked Clubman category has Kane Fisher leading the charge but his lead isn’t sufficient enough to settle, certainly in a class that is always unpredictable, with Richard Roberts, Colin McLuckie and Lee Clarkson all within striking distance.

It’s super tight at the top in the 125’s with Beau Brown in the hot-seat just 14 ahead of Chester Hyde who in turn only has 6 points on Freddie Gardiner. Expect the racing to be intense in this class.

Bayliss Utting has been in great form in the MXY2 class this year and has chalked up a 65 lead over Jak Taylor who has a whopping 105 points on Kayde Rayns in third. A good round from the likes of Jack Dando and Jack Wilson could push them towards the final podium spot.

Josh Vail has been a revelation in the Big Wheel 85’s winning each and every moto. His closest challenger is Zane Stephens who is 117 points behind.  The battle is raging though for third between Jorge Parkin, Maison Jones and Kameron Greenhalgh.

In the Small Wheel 85’s Joel Winstanley-Dawson holds the Red Plate and an 89 point advantage over Jenson Severn in second.  Behind Jenson, Lucas Lee, Chase Panter, Arthur Moore and Archie Butterfield are all duking it out to get on the podium.

Casey Lister and Harley Marczak are having a battle royal in the Junior 65’s with six point separating them going into this penultimate round. Both of these racers will be wanting to bring their A game to Hawkstone. Arthur King holds third but Jett Gardiner is in close contention.
