Lewis Hall to ride Fantic for the rest of 2023!

It’s been a bit quiet on the Lewis Hall front since his departure from Rob Hooper Racing at the back end of 2021 with a few sporadic appearances last year and another at the first round of the Scottish this year but an announcement has been made by Meredith MX that Lewis will be riding for them for the remainder of 2023 on a Motocross Fantic xx 250 2 stroke.

Lewis will be riding in the Scottish Motocross Championships, the MX Nationals as well as the AMCA British Motocross Championships.

Lewis said of the move, “I’ve not been riding too much the last year just with the cost of racing and falling out of love with the sport, I’m looking forward to competing on the Fantic 250 I have already done some testing and feel I’m going in the right direction and more importantly enjoying myself. I’m confident I will be at the sharp end in the coming months.”

Nigel Meredith of Meredith MX said, “It’s a privilege to have Lewis on board. With losing Nev (Bradshaw) due to a knee injury we had a spare bike and a mutual friend hooked us up with Lewis, so we invited him down to try the bike first. Lewis felt at home on the bike and the 2 stroke put a smile on his face.

“I remember watching Lewis in the British youth and what a natural talent he has were going to enjoy watching him race and flying the flag for us.”
