A brand-new dedicated website is in the planning and will feature all the news, stories, race reports, and results from the entire season, along with full Social Media coverage and promotions.

Now in their eighth year of running the FIM World Sidecar Motocross Championship, Martin Beňa and his team have already taken the Quads into selected rounds over several seasons and are well versed with the series and teams. This expertise will be applied to the new agreement in all aspects, so the Quad fraternity can expect the same level of promotion and publicity already afforded to the FIM World Sidecar Motocross Championship.

The culmination of the Quad Cross calendar is the Nations team event at the end of the season, and that is also included in the agreement.

The Quadcross sport has a wide global footprint with top teams from the USA and South America competing in the team event. Ultimately, the goal will be to evolve the sport into World Championship status. Meanwhile, for 2024, a five-round European championship will take the Quads to five different countries alongside the Sidecars.

La Colla in Italy will see the conclusion of both Championships, with the Nations finale scheduled for the Czech Republic one week later. Newly crowned 2023 Quad Champion Patrick Turrini will be looking to defend his title and arrive on home soil as 2024 Champion.

He is very excited about the new agreement which sees a major step forward in his chosen discipline.

“Next year I will aim to defend the title. But I am sure that strong riders will come who will be ready to fight with me. I think the level of the European Championship has increased a lot also thanks to the very good tracks where we can race and also to the arrival of the American team to the Nations that forces us to be faster and faster to be able to try to keep up with them. I am really happy that next year there will be a GP in Italy and I will definitely aim to win it… Hopefully, luck will be with me.”

Martin Beňa, CEO of APO Multimedia is under no illusion as to the scale of what lies ahead, but equally upbeat.

“After a few seasons of being involved in the quad sport on a promotional basis, we decided it was time to give it our all as a promoter. We believe this will help both the sport and the racers involved to get to the next level. One of our goals is to make the championship so attractive that it will appeal to overseas crews and one day this championship may become a world championship.”

As already detailed, the entire EMX Quadcross series will enjoy live stream coverage from both days of each Championship weekend, along with highlights and race videos on the new website.
