Woodbridge & DMCC are excited to announce an important new development for Blaxhall Circuit after agreeing a short-term land agreement until the end of 2026 with the neighbouring landowner to rent additional land adjacent to the start straight and top straight of the venue.
The agreement will allow the club to make a number of significant improvements to the circuit and event infrastructure as part of its continued commitment to enhancing the rider and spectator experience at one of the UK’s premier motocross venues.

Among the planned changes is the relocation and expansion of the paddock area for the Motul ACU MXGB British Motocross Championship, creating improved space and access for teams, riders and event operations. In addition, the circuit itself will be extended to include a brand-new section of track, increasing the overall lap length and adding an exciting new challenge for competitors.
The new extended layout will make its debut at the upcoming round of the Stebbings Car Superstore / Rackhams Auto Body Centre ACU Eastern Motocross Championship on 2nd August before also being used for the Motul ACU MXGB British Motocross Championship on 27th September.

The expansion forms part of the club’s long-term vision to continue developing Blaxhall Circuit as a leading venue for British motocross. Woodbridge & DMCC have already pre-agreed that, subject to the planned changes proving successful, the arrangement will become a long-term agreement, allowing the club to continue investing in and enhancing the venue in the years ahead.
A spokesperson for Woodbridge & DMCC said: “This is a really exciting step forward for the club and for Blaxhall Circuit. The additional land gives us opportunities to improve both the venue facilities and the racing circuit itself, helping us continue to evolve and improve the experience for riders, teams and spectators alike. We would like to thank the neighbouring landowner for working with us on this agreement and we look forward to seeing the new layout in action later this season.”
With preparations already underway, anticipation is building ahead of the first events to use the updated circuit layout as Woodbridge & DMCC continue to invest in the future of motocross at Blaxhall.
