Team Netherlands have announced a powerful three-man line-up for the 2026 Motocross of Nations, with Jeffrey Herlings, Kay de Wolf and Roan van de Moosdijk set to represent the Dutch squad at Ernée, France, from October 4-6.
The Dutch trio will head to France as genuine podium contenders, with a blend of Grand Prix-winning speed, recent MXoN success and strong form across the 2026 season.
Kay de Wolf has been selected for the MXGP category following an impressive first season in the premier class. The former MX2 World Champion has already secured four podium finishes and a string of top-five results this year, while he also arrives with an outstanding MXoN record having won the MX2 category at the event in each of the last two years.
In MX2, Team Netherlands will field Roan van de Moosdijk. Despite racing in the MXGP class during 2026, Van de Moosdijk has produced a number of top-ten Grand Prix performances and recently wrapped up the highly competitive German ADAC MX Masters title. With his domestic campaign complete, he can now turn his full attention towards the Nations.

Five-time World Champion Jeffrey Herlings completes the team in the MX Open category. Herlings has once again been one of the dominant forces in MXGP this season, collecting ten Grand Prix victories and sitting at the sharp end of the World Championship battle heading into the closing rounds.
With Herlings and De Wolf still chasing major championship success before Ernée and Van de Moosdijk able to focus fully on the event through September, the Netherlands will arrive in France with one of the strongest-looking combinations on the entry list.
