The Premier class were the first to tackle the sloppy conditions at Swanmore. The VMX class had some good racing on display. Mark Morris led once again, making light work of the conditions and leaving the rest of his group far behind. Morris has managed to get the championship signed, sealed and delivered with a round still left to go. Second place was up for grabs; Louis Reed went 2,2,2 Third place went to Bradley Humphrey.

Mx1 was mixed with Vets. Providing the spectators with some entertainment. Leon Read got a place on the steps, going home with 3rd overall. Although Jesse Wren claimed moto three on his new 450, he settled in for second. Jordan Carrier waltzed his group, although he did not win all three motos. 1,1,2 got him the win!

Next up, the youth class hit the track. Levi Saunders was man of the hour and was by far a step ahead of any of the other competition. He took home first place with 1,2,1. It was a bad day for title contender Joe Cracknell and he didn’t even make the top 6. This gave Kirby the perfect opportunity to rack up an even bigger points lead on Joe. Tyler Kirby was second overall. Max Agar took the final place on the box.
The Mx2 was exciting to watch. Ricky Carter came out and was ready to give all the others a masterclass. The southern motocross warrior went 1,2,1 for first. The rest of the group struggled to be consistent. Lee Foyle’s 2,1,4 bagged him second place. Jack Scarlett battled hard with riders like Harry Easen, Jack Milsted and Max Aspden to get 3rd. Scarlett’s 3,7,3 made sure he was in a podium position.

They were followed by the exiting 65 class. Dexter Prowse had a contest on his hands at round 12. John Slade was ready to give him a run for his money! Dexter’s results of 2,3,3 meant that podium was secured. However, it wasn’t enough to beat Slade’s 3,2,2. Nobody could contend with the overall winner Jamie Currie who aced all three motos.

Hats off to all the Auto Cadet riders who didn’t shy away from what was shaping up to be a difficult track for their small wheels. Austin Edwards made an easy day of the meeting. Going home after sweeping up all 3 wins for first place overall! Jaz Beach went 2,3,4 which secured second overall. Hendrix Prowse also bagged himself a podium spot.

The Small Wheels were next out on the track. Marley alder was yet again the boy to beat. He is becoming unstoppable at this point! 1,1,1 was the perfect result and maximum points for the championship scores. Jacob Luker fought hard to grab his second overall in 85 class. Bobby Farmer was set to have a good day after second place in race 1. 2,3,5 secured that all-important 3rd overall!

Big wheels rounded off the day. Aaron Mansfield wanted the win and grabbed it with 1,2,1. An epic performance from the up-and-coming rider. George Corke and Max Corke were both going to make the podium after a day of continuous battling. George managed to win moto two, and the results of 2,1,2 got him second overall. Max rounded out the podium.
