Steve Matthes brings his hugely successful PULP MX podcast to the VMXDN Foxhill
The promoters of the most anticipated event on the 2023 MX calendar – VMXdN Foxhill are pumped to announce that Steve Matthes will be bringing his Pulp MX podcast show to the event, held on August 24th-28th. Not only will he be doing live shows on the Friday and Saturday Evening (from the beer tent), but he will also be writing an article for the most influential magazine on the planet – RacerX.
Steve was eager to come to the inaugural event in 2022. But, due to flight times, he couldn’t return to the USA to fulfil contractual obligations to do the after-show for the national held on Saturday.
Keen to hear all about the weekend antics, Steve had Ryan Villopoto call into the show (Show #517) on Monday evening (RV had just landed and was literally calling into the show whilst in an Uber home from the airport). If you heard the show, you would have listened to a very tired RV rave about what a great weekend he had and even call it the “most fun race I have ever done!” Steve (like so many others) knew he couldn’t miss this year’s race, held over the August bank holiday weekend (24th– 28th August 2023) at the iconic Grand Prix circuit near Swindon in Wiltshire.
Steve will be interviewing the legends of the past and present whilst on site, live on stage before the live music starts. Anyone who has listened to his hugely popular Pulp MX podcasts (are you one of the 5.7 million who downloaded an episode last year?!) will attest to the high energy and thoroughly captivating content. These will all be recorded on-site and played on his return to the States.
Never one to shy away from a challenge, Steve will be riding at the event as well; he said, “I’m stoked to head to Jolly Ol’England for the VMXdN.
