The squad already supports two of Britain’s brightest young prospects in Harley Marczak and Archie Stapely, with Marczak currently sitting second in the British 125cc Championship standings and Stapely holding fifth.
From the outset, the team has made it clear that its focus is firmly on long-term youth development and creating a positive environment for young British riders to progress within the sport.
Speaking at the start of the season, Bradley Briggs explained: “As a team, our goal is to have fun and create a great family environment in the paddock with our focus on youth rider development in the UK.
“It’s an area where we want to support the MX Federations in Britain to provide the up-and-coming riders with as much support as possible to aid their European journey.”
That family-oriented approach was something Spencer Briggs also emphasised when speaking to Dirt Hub at Landrake, as he revealed plans to create an opening for another rider in 2027.
Rather than simply chasing results, Briggs explained that the team is looking for the right rider and family fit to continue building the strong atmosphere already within the setup.
Spencer told Dirt Hub: “This is a Dirt Hub exclusive. S Briggs Commercials Youth Development race team will be looking for another 125cc rider for the 2027 season to run alongside Harley Marczak and Archie Stapely.
“I won’t be approaching anyone, but I will be watching, so give it your best shot, boys, as one of you will be riding for us next year.”
