Jackman is king of the Street! Scunthorpe Summer Flat Track Championship Round 5 – Report, Results and Standings

The Scunthorpe Summer Flat track Championship was back on the gas and hosted round 5 of its 2021 championship.

Luke Gardner stopped Jack Bell from going unbeaten in the Flat Track class but Bell still triumphed in the final from Gardner and Terry Pyewell.

Over in the Vintage Flat Trackers Odgie Danaan triumphed with Adrian Soanes in second and Nigel Hough third.

In the MX group Jonathan Dowd was a dominant force winning all of the heats and the final over Iain Harrison Senior and Levi Jeeves.

Bell did the double once again by going through the card in the Pitbikes with James Bowles second in the final and Neil Mcdermott third.

James Woodruffe was commanding in the Minibikes and fended off Jon Dyer and Joanne Kirkland in the final.

In the Street Tracker group Max Jackman was victorious and was flanked on the box by Nigel Hough and Rachel Pledge, while in the Super Comps, George Pickering made his first 2021 appearance and took the win over Robin Brown and Max Jackman.

Archie Jeeves came back from a first race retirement to win out in the Inappropriates over race one winner Scott Thompson in second and Garry Robinson third.

Jamie Kimber had an inconsistent day in the Ladies but came good when it mattered by taking the chequers in the final with Erin Dyer second and Jackie Kelly third.

Rueben Marsh was the top dog in Junior one beating second places Charlie Dowd in each race, while in Junior two Wyatt Hopkins had a great day taking the number one spot ahead of Alfie Croft and Josh Fowler.
