Brit Brindley back on the American Flat Track box at the Williams Grove Half-Mile!

Britains Super talented Flat Track export Oliver Brindley made his first American Flat Track Championships podium in over a year at the Williams Grove Half-Mile, in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania at the weekend, recording a fantastic third-place finish in the Singles class.

In the fifteen lap Singles main event, current champ Dan Bromley (Red Bull KTM) rode the outside line into turn one, with the Estenson Racing Yamaha of former class champion Ryan Wells alongside on the inside, and the rest of the field close behind. Bailo claims Flat Track title at Redcar! – Indian Motorcycles Flat Track Nationals Round 6 – Race Report and Results

Gerard Bailo was proclaimed the 2019 Indian Motorcycle DTRA UK Flat Track National Champion in Middlesbrough on Saturday night, becoming the first title-holder from outside of Britain since Italian Marco Belli scooped the prize in 2008. Second place for the reigning world number two at the Media Prima Arena means he cannot be caught at the final Round in September, although on this occasion he had to play second fiddle to fellow countryman Ferran Sastre.

Sastre, fastest in qualifying, won Heat One at a canter and – after a narrow defeat in the first Semi Final – extracted his revenge when it [...]

Series leader Gary Birtwistle came within a second of confirming the successful defence of his Hooligan title, but instead dropped to a first defeat of 2019 in the finale at Dirtquake. Fighting through from third position and twice recovering the lead after Birtwistle’s determined outside overtakes, Leah Tokelove is now Birtwistle’s only adversary this season, having gained four points at Eastbourne’s Arlington Stadium.

Tokelove earned a standing ovation from the main grandstand as she completed an underdog story, [...]

PICKERING STORMS TO DIRTQUAKE FRIDAY NIGHT FLAT TRACK VICTORY

George Pickering made a winning DTRA return in the traditional Friday night Flat Track meeting at Dirtquake. Pickering, the reigning British number four, has sat out the 2019 DTRA UK Flat Track Nationals to focus on his newly-formed Greenfield Racing Team, but returned to the saddle for the Dash for Cash at Eastbourne’s Arlington Stadium and took the largest share of the £1,000 prize money.

Pickering’s main challenger in the Final was pre-meeting favourite Gary Birtwistle, who rattled off three Heat wins to progress as top seed but failed to capitalise on choice of starting position. It was 2013 Dirtquake winner Peter Boast who made [...]

Hales back in the Mix! Indian Motorcycle Flat Track Nationals Round 4 – Race Report and Results

Toby Hales became the third different winner in the 2019 Indian Motorcycle DTRA UK Flat Track Nationals, recording in the process the first podium finish of his title defence. Despite the heavy rains that complicated the weekend for the third round of the British Flat Track Championship, the complete Pro category program, scheduled for Saturday, was run on Sunday and fans saw an intense wheel-to-wheel battle between the two Spanish riders, Gerard Bailo and Ferran Sastre, of the Greenfield-Noyes Camp team (both on Kawasaki KXF450F singles).
