Big blow to motocross in the south as PCE Motopark closes down!

At a time when we need every track we can get, the bad news came out yesterday that the PCE Motopark near Winchester has closed down with immediate effect.

This is a major blow to the sport in the South and of cause to the team at PCE Motopark who put so much hard work into the venue.

The track’s closure was announced on their facebook with the full statement below:

Good evening everyone! We have an announcement to make… one that honestly breaks our hearts to say. Over the last 3 years we have got to know a lot of you, we have amazing riders and we’re so pleased to have been a part of your journey like you have ours. Sadly our journey has come to an end FOR NOW. The landowner has decided to pursue other other options for the land and that unfortunately doesn’t include motocross. We can’t do anything about it, please know we have really tried with everything we have. We are looking into other options in different locations etc. But PCE as we know it is now CLOSED.

We’ve had riders come as beginners and go onto huge things and for us to be apart of that is just huge. We have loved running the track without you all it wouldn’t have been so enjoyable.

For now guys it is goodbye, if we do accomplish our mission on a different location you will all be the first to know.
