Multi-Time South African Motocross champion Tristan Purdon has joined the SevenSeven2 Ride Kawasaki team for the remainder of 2026.
Purdon, who rode for the SC Sporthomes Husqvarna last year until injury halted his season, started the year with the Lexa MX team, but reports following the weekend’s Scottish MX Championship round, where he finished third overall after he won the final moto, stated that he and the team were mutually parting ways.

He now heads down to Round 4 of the Motul ACU British Motocross Championship Round 4 at Landrake this weekend, where he sits 5th in the MX1 standings, looking to impress on the KX 450 on his Team Green debut.
