Excitement is building for the Boxing Day mudfest that is the famous Wild and Woolly Scramble, promoted by Northampton Motorcyclists Club, which will once again be hosted at the Polesworth MX Track near Tamworth in 2025.

This is the 97th running of the ” world’s oldest motorcycle race,” which was first staged in 1917.
Renowned for its mud, carnage, great atmosphere, and big crowds, the event charges just £5 per car admission for spectators. Collections are also being made for local charities.
Practice will start at 11am with the race beginning at 12 noon on the 26th December.
Wellies are recommended for spectators, and please be aware that they will not be able to cross the track once the riders are on the track.
