Shoei Helmets UK officially celebrated the opening of the Shoei Gallery Birmingham with an invite-only Grand Opening event on Thursday 26 February, welcoming athletes, media and key industry content creators for an evening marking a significant moment for the brand in the UK.
Now open following a soft launch earlier this month, the Shoei Gallery forms part of Shoei’s global Gallery programme led directly from its headquarters in Japan. With established locations across Japan and in European cities including Paris and Barcelona, Birmingham now leads the way for the UK. This is not a traditional retail store. The Gallery is an immersive brand space for the motorcycle community, offering deeper insight into Shoei’s philosophy, innovation and premium positioning, while continuing to support the UK dealer network.
Hosted by Grace Webb, the Grand Opening welcomed a full house of guests who gathered to explore the new space and celebrate its launch. The evening combined insight, performance and perspective from some of the sport’s most respected names.
A centrepiece moment saw multiple Isle of Man TT winner Dean Harrison guide guests through a race lap of the TT, offering detailed insight into one of the most demanding events in world motorsport.
The night also marked the formal introduction of Storm Stacey as the latest addition to Team Shoei. His signing signals a clear ambition to once again compete at the very front of the British Superbike Championship, aligning a rising front-runner with a brand committed to performance at the highest level. Six-time BSB champion Shane Byrne attended as special guest, bringing championship-winning perspective before joining Harrison and Stacey for a live Q&A session.
The Shoei Gallery Birmingham is now fully open to the public, offering the complete current Shoei helmet range in all sizes and colourways. Riders can access Shoei’s Personal Fitting Service (PFS), helmet servicing and genuine spare parts support, all within a premium environment. Located above the Gallery, the Spada Loft showcases the latest Spada clothing and equipment collections, creating a dedicated destination for riders in Birmingham.
