RFN® makes debut Red Bull TKO ECR eMoto Expert Class

RFN entered a production Warrior Pro electric enduro bike at the Red Bull TKO ECR eMoto Expert class.

Using a standard production machine straight out of the box with stock suspension adjustments, RFN joined forces with US rider #7264 Tyler Silvia, aged 23 from Monticello, GA, to benchmark the new bike against real-world competition for the first time.

With no previous testing, Friday’s hot lap test saw Tyler achieve a P5 result and qualification for the main event. Final result: despite falling foul of the knockout system, Tyler ended with a final classification of P6 in class.

The factory R&D team learnt a great deal from the heat of competition, and while the RFN® Warrior Pro delivered consistent performance and great handling for a sub £5K retail machine, the factory obtained key data on future improvements to improve rideability and fine-tuning for hard enduro obstacles.

Tyler Silvia (#7264):
“Proud to line up at TKO with RFN®. P6 is a good start. We learnt a great deal about the potential of this new breed of machines and next year we will be back with proper pre race testing and more targeted preparation on rock-garden lines, creek-bed rhythm, and fitness for long climbs. We’ll be back way stronger!”

Race Director (RFN®):
“From green-light to grid in under a month, at pro-level intensity. Now we have made the first steps into international Hard Enduro arena and we can now fully gear up our racing division to raise the performance level for future races around the world.”

Bike Tech:

2026 RFN Warrior Pro RRP £4750 inc VAT Launch Date: October 2025

Axial-flux motor (15 kW peak): compact package with high torque density aimed at predictable control in slow-technical areas – rock steps, ledges, creek exits.

60-second quick-swap battery: rapid turnarounds between runs for multi-round formats.

Tri-system thermal management: motor / controller / battery managed as one to sustain pace on long climbs and across repeated heats.

Lightweight aluminium frame & mass centralisation: sharper line changes in tight, stony sections with improved stability under repeated impacts.

e-Moto maturity: With ECR eMoto Expert/Amateur sanctioned as AMA Grand Championship classes, the electric off-road pathway to racing future looks certain as a key race class for the future.

About RFN® / Apollo: Apollo has 20+ years in off-road across 75+ countries, operating AM®/RXF® (ICE) and RFN® (electric) brands.
