Liam Gale has confirmed a major change ahead of the 2026 motocross season, switching from blue machinery to the “Big Red” as he joins a brand-new satellite team under the SAS Logistics Powered by FUS Racing banner.
The move will see Gale contest the 2026 campaign aboard a Honda 450, with the new two-rider satellite operation backed by title sponsor SAS Logistics and powered by the highly successful FUS Race Team. The team boasts an impressive history, having secured multiple championships over the years, including numerous AMCA titles.
Supporting Gale on track will be Syntol Lubricants, while continuity remains key behind the scenes as long-time mechanic Terry Jukes makes the move with him. Also continuing his involvement is Gale’s mentor of the past three years, Mark Parmenter, a well-known figure on the motocross circuit and a leading race commentator.
Gale will line up alongside Josh Waterman, with both riders set to compete in the MX1 AMCA Championship as well as selected rounds of the MXGB Championship.

Reflecting on the switch, Gale admitted he is relishing the opportunity ahead:
“I’m really looking forward to a great opportunity to ride a Honda 450 in 2026. After being on the podium in the AMCA Championship in the 2023 and 2024 seasons, 2025 was a tough year for me as a rookie on the 450 with injuries holding me back.
“My main goal is to have an injury-free 2026 and to finish in the top three of the AMCA Championship. I’m also excited for MXGB, especially riding on tracks that I haven’t raced at for many years.”
Further backing is expected to be confirmed in the coming months, with Gale set to announce additional sponsors in the new year as preparations continue for the 2026 paddock set-up.
