The Dirt Store Racing team have announced on their social media that they have reached a “mutual decision” to part ways with Joel Rizzi.
Joel has had a torrid year due to injuries and not seeming to gel with the 450, and after such a promising 2024 in MX2 for the team they couldn’t quite make it happen in 2025 and now will go their seperate ways for 2026.
The full statement from the Dirt Store Racing team is below:
After two strong years with the team, @joelrizzzi will be departing after a mutual decision to part ways.
From capturing wins in the MX2 class last season to tackling his debut MX1 campaign this year, Joel has been a pleasure to work with both on and off the track
We wish him all the best in his next chapter and thank him for his commitment and hard work throughout his time with us
