The ISDE Team GB is inviting applications for the role of Women’s Trophy Team Manager, a key voluntary position within the British team’s management structure for the FIM International Six Days Enduro (ISDE).
The successful candidate will work closely with British ISDE Team Director Steve Hall and the wider Team GB ISDE Management Team, playing a central role in leading and supporting the Women’s Trophy Team as they represent Great Britain on the world stage.
This role offers a unique opportunity to be directly involved in one of the most prestigious events in off-road motorcycling, helping shape the preparation, performance, and environment of elite British riders competing at the highest level of international enduro.
The Women’s Trophy Team Manager will lead the women’s element within the wider Team GB structure, contributing to overall team planning and decision-making alongside the Men’s and Junior Trophy Team Managers. The role involves identifying and selecting riders, building a strong and supportive team culture, and providing ongoing guidance, mentoring, and practical support throughout the lead-up to and duration of the ISDE. During the event itself, the manager will attend daily team meetings, assist riders with technical and strategic decisions on special tests, and offer support around regulations, logistics, and performance challenges, while also playing an active role in engagement and promotion through fundraising initiatives.
Applicants should have a strong understanding of motorcycle sport, ideally with experience in enduro and/or ISDE-level competition, along with proven leadership, communication, and organisational skills. The ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative management team and uphold high standards of professionalism is essential.
The position involves year-round involvement, including meetings, preparation, and fundraising activity, with full-time commitment during the ISDE event itself. While the role is voluntary and unpaid, it offers the opportunity to support British riders, contribute to the success of the national team, and be part of a proud and historic programme representing Great Britain internationally.
