The 2026 Paulo Duarte FIM EnduroGP World Championship reaches its conclusion this weekend as the world’s best enduro riders head to Rhayader for the Forsiteservices EnduroGP of Wales, with multiple world titles still to be decided.

For British fans, it’s a chance to see some of the sport’s biggest names competing on home soil. Alongside championship contenders Steve Holcombe and Brad Freeman, wildcard entries Billy Bolt and Jonny Walker add even more star power to what promises to be one of the biggest off-road events of the year.
With EnduroGP, Enduro2, Enduro3 and several support classes still in the balance, there’s plenty left to race for despite Josep Garcia already wrapping up the overall EnduroGP and Enduro1 titles in France.
Holcombe and Freeman Set for Home Soil Showdown
One of the standout battles of the weekend comes in the Enduro3 World Championship, where Britain’s Steve Holcombe arrives in Wales leading long-time rival Brad Freeman by just six points.
The pair have shared countless battles over the years, and with the championship coming down to the final weekend on British soil, it’s a fitting way to end the season.

Holcombe will be looking to convert that slender advantage into another world title, while Freeman knows a strong weekend could see him overturn the deficit and deny his fellow Brit.
Bolt and Walker Add Star Power
Although not contesting the full championship, British fans will also be treated to appearances from two of the biggest names in off-road racing.
Five-time SuperEnduro World Champion Billy Bolt joins the entry list aboard his Husqvarna, while Jonny Walker returns to EnduroGP action fresh from tackling the Red Bull Romaniacs aboard his Triumph.
Both riders are expected to attract huge support throughout the weekend and will add another dimension to the racing despite not being involved in the championship fight.
Garcia Chasing Another Milestone
With the overall EnduroGP and Enduro1 titles already secured, Josep Garcia arrives in Wales with the pressure off.
The Spaniard could still leave Rhayader with another record to his name, however, as two more overall victories would see him reach the remarkable milestone of 50 EnduroGP class wins.
Garcia will also be looking to finish the season by securing the AKRAPOVIC Super Test title, where he currently leads Zach Pichon by eight points heading into Friday night’s opening test.
Enduro2 Battle Goes Down to the Wire
The Enduro2 title remains one of the closest contests of the weekend.
Former world champion Andrea Verona leads Zach Pichon by just six points, with the Frenchman carrying strong momentum after outscoring the Italian over the last three rounds.
With only two days of racing remaining, every special test could prove decisive.
Home Interest Across the Classes
British hopes extend well beyond the senior classes.
In the Women’s Enduro World Championship, Rosie Rowett sits second in the standings heading into her home round, while fellow Brit Nieve Holmes remains firmly in the fight for a podium finish after another consistent campaign.
The Youth and Junior championships also conclude in Wales, with Italy’s Alberto Elgari and Pietro Scardina both looking to secure world titles.
Rhayader Ready
Now hosting the championship finale for the first time, the Rhayader & District MCC has once again prepared a demanding Welsh course featuring technical forests, open moorland and the special tests that have helped establish the GP of Wales as one of the riders’ favourite stops on the calendar.
Alongside the racing, spectators can expect trade stands, live entertainment and a packed weekend of off-road action.
