The titles just keep racking up for British Quad racer Harry Walker, who added the French Sand Race title to his 2025 British & European Quadcross ones, and after winning the famous Le Touquet Beach Race on Saturday by 1 and half minutes.
Walker also claimed victory at the Weston Beach Race back in October, too, and now will turn his focus on the brand new FIM World Quadcross Championship, which begins in the Czech Republic on the 2nd & 3rd of May.

About his Le Touquet victory, which meant such a huge amount to him and his family, Harry said:
“This is not only the finale of the championship, but also the most prestigious event of the season and widely regarded as the most famous sand race in the world. This year made it even more special, as it was the 50th anniversary of this iconic event, and I was incredibly proud to arrive carrying the red plate.
The build-up to the race was unforgettable. Thursday and Friday were filled with press commitments and media appearances, and we were fortunate to take part in a special photoshoot inside the Casino. For the finale, I ran unique bike graphics themed around “gambling it all and going all in,” which felt like the perfect reflection of the moment and what was at stake.
By Saturday, the weather conditions were perfect, but with that came immense pressure and nerves. When the race began, I managed to get a strong start and came through the first corner in 5th place. From there, I stayed calm, focused, and began battling my way forward. By the end of the first lap, I had taken the lead. However, Le Touquet is an incredibly long and demanding race, lasting 2.5 hours on one of the toughest tracks in the world, so I knew there was still a very long way to go.
I focused on using my race experience and settled into a consistent, manageable pace while battling with the other front runners. Gradually, I was able to build a gap. At 1 hour and 18 minutes into the race, it was time to pit. We knew this stop had to be absolutely perfect — fast enough to maintain the lead, but precise enough to ensure I had enough fuel to reach the finish without needing a second stop.
The team executed the pit stop flawlessly. It was incredibly quick, and I rejoined the race feeling strong and confident. I pushed hard on the out lap, which allowed me to extend the gap even further. With 45 minutes remaining, I continued to use my experience, choosing the right moments to push and steadily increasing my advantage over the field.
Crossing the finish line was a moment I will never forget. I achieved a lifelong dream by winning Le Touquet and securing the CFS Championship. It is truly a bucket list accomplishment, and it is difficult to put into words the sense of relief, pride, and emotion I felt in that moment.
None of this would have been possible without your continued backing and belief in me. Your support has played a crucial role in this journey, and I am incredibly grateful to have you alongside me. This victory belongs to all of us, and I cannot thank you enough for being part of it.
There is no time to slow down now. We head straight to Spain to begin preparations for the hard pack season, where the focus is on continuing this momentum and carrying our winning ways forward.
We would like to send out congratulations to Harry and his team and we look forward to following his quest for World Quadcross Championship glory!
