Harley Marczak ruled out of MXGB Canada Heights round after arm fracture

S Briggs Commercials rider Harley Marczak will miss the Canada Heights round of the 2026 Motul ACU British Motocross Championship after suffering a Subperiosteal fracture in his arm (which means the outer bone is intact but the inner bone has a fracture) when casing a jump in practice at the Junior World Motocross Championship in the Czech Republic on Saturday.

The 13-year-old has impressed with his speed and track craft on his debut season in the 125cc class, where he sits second in the MXGB standings behind the more experienced Drew Stock.  The injury means his title chances are almost certainly over, but with another 3-4 years left in the class, he will have plenty more time to stake his claim on the British title in the years to come.

His team have ordered in an Oxygen tent to speed up the healing process, with a 3-4 week recovery time anticipated, but they are in no hurry for him to make a track return, as they look to ensure he is fit and ready when he does get back on a bike.

Instead, 2027 signing Jenson Severn will make his earlier-than-anticipated debut for the team this Sunday at Canada Heights, and he has already been out practising for the event on a fresh machine.  Jenson currently sits 17th in the 125cc championship and will be looking to rise up the standings with some good results in the last three rounds.

Dirt Hub would like to wish Harley a speedy recovery, and we look forward to seeing him back on track when he is fit and ready.
