ISDE Team GB is proud to announce the riders selected to represent Great Britain at the landmark 100th edition of the FIM 6DAYS Enduro of Nations, set to take place in Grândola, Portugal, from October 12-17, 2026. Following an exceptionally competitive selection process, the teams have been ratified by the ACU Enduro Commission and feature what is widely regarded as the strongest line-up Great Britain has fielded in recent years.
With an extraordinary blend of experience, proven success and current world-class form, Team GB will head to Portugal targeting victories and podium finishes across all three Trophy categories. The Men’s Trophy Team alone boasts an astonishing 20 FIM Enduro World Championship titles between its four riders – more than any other Trophy Team competing this year – while the Women’s and Junior teams are equally packed with talent capable of challenging at the very front.
The Men’s Trophy Team sees the return of Steve Holcombe, Nathan Watson and Jed Etchells, three riders who formed part of Great Britain’s historic World Trophy-winning squad in 2022, when the nation claimed its first victory in 69 years. Joining them is 10-time Enduro World Champion Brad Freeman, creating what many would consider a dream team capable of reclaiming the World Trophy title.
Holcombe and Freeman arrive in Wales locked in an incredible battle for the Enduro3 World Championship ahead of this weekend’s season finale, giving Team GB two of the strongest riders in the world. Watson has enjoyed another impressive campaign aboard his Beta Factory Racing machine, currently sitting fifth in the Enduro2 standings, while Etchells continues to impress in both domestic and international competition. The Motofit Racing rider is a former World Champion, has represented Great Britain at the 6DAYS on three previous occasions, currently leads the British Enduro Championship and sits seventh in the FIM Enduro3 World Championship standings.
The Women’s Trophy Team combines proven championship-winning pedigree with exciting new talent. Rosie Rowett and 2026 Women’s Team Captain Nieve Holmes were both members of the historic 2022 Women’s Trophy Team that secured Great Britain’s first-ever women’s victory. Both head into this weekend’s EnduroGP of Wales in championship contention, currently sitting second and third respectively in the FIM Women’s Enduro World Championship. Holmes also arrives as the reigning British Enduro Champion and current leader of this year’s British Enduro Championship.

Joining them is motocross star Lucy Barker, who will make her FIM 6DAYS debut. A three-time European Champion and five-time British Champion, Barker’s extensive experience racing in sand will be a valuable asset on the Portuguese terrain as she prepares to add international enduro to her already impressive resume. Reserve rider Elizabeth Tett continues her impressive progression, currently sitting third in both the FIM Junior Women’s World Cup standings and the British Enduro Championship.
The Junior Trophy Team combines experience with exciting potential as Great Britain looks to secure its first-ever Junior Trophy podium. Returning riders Sam Hughes and Callum Hughes are joined by Fast Eddy Triumph rider Jack Keenan, who will make his ISDE debut.
Sam Hughes has represented Great Britain twice already and currently sits 13th in Junior2 despite recovering from a recent injury sustained at the British Enduro Championship. Callum Hughes has enjoyed a breakthrough season, currently tenth in Junior1 and fourth overall in the British Enduro Championship, while Keenan has impressed throughout his first full international campaign, sitting 14th in Junior2 and seventh in the British Enduro Championship. Reserve rider Rees Jones completes the junior line-up as reserve rider, currently racing in the FIM Youth World Championship.
