NORA CRS Development Team has announced the appointment of Gemma Barton as the Team Manager.
Gemma has played an integral part in the team since it began back in 2021 as the Team Co-ordinator which has been pivotal in the growth and structure of the programme as it is today. Gemma’s dedication, organisational leadership and commitment to the programme and the riders development has been instrumental in the programme’s continued success.
Since 2021, Gemma has worked closely with the riders and their families keeping on top of everything around their training programmes, organising race kits, helmet wraps, bike graphics, putting together the rider contracts, building relationships with team partners and so much more.

In her new role, Gemma will take on expanded responsibilities for the team whilst continuing the tremendous work she does behind the scenes and continue upholding the core values of the NORA CRS Development Team created by Roy Barton (NORA Motorsport) and Coach Robb Beams (Complete Racing Solutions).
