With the Stolen Yamaha team being a regular on the podium in the VMXDN Wright Engineering National Team Race, both in 2023 when they finished third and in 2024 when they bagged second (do you see where this is going?). For 2025, they got the elusive win and are back in 2026 all guns blazing to hold onto that coveted number one spot.

Unfortunately, due to new work commitments, the number two rider Dylan Woodcock has been forced to step down from racing in the VMXdN Hawkstone event. This is the downside to the movie stunt work; when they need you, it’s non-negotiable.
Team owner Anthony Revell is a huge supporter of the VMXdN and has been involved from the start. He got busy on the phone and has managed to secure two big hitters to join American Carson Brown in the Stolen Yamaha Squad.
First is MX1 British championship regular Bobby Bruce. Known for his hard-charging, never-give-up attitude on the bike, he is an asset to any team. Second is youngster Jamie Keith, who, after his stellar win at the first MXGB MX2 race at Hawkstone, you have to put him high on the list for the win in this ultra-competitive class; he will certainly be something to watch on a YZ 250 that’s six years older than he is!

This is some line-up, and any betting man would put money on the win for these guys; they’re not messing about!
The VMXdN Hawkstone, held over the August bank holiday weekend (27th-30th), is entering its fifth year, though this is a first for the beautiful and iconic Shropshire Grand Prix circuit, which has secured its place as the “must-see” event on the British MX calendar.
The VMXdN offers a family-friendly, affordable festival vibe of all things that were great with the 90s motocross scene; after all, who doesn’t want to hear a well-prepped 500 on the gas up the most famous hill in the UK? The packed trade village, along with displays, a food court, a celebrity DJ to keep everyone entertained, Show’N’Shine, and autograph signing sessions, all backed by first-class sponsors both inside and outside of the industry. There is an endless list of pro and former pro racers on hand including many world champions to grab a selfie with too and the guest of honour is our own national treasure three time 500cc world champ Dave Thorpe who will be in the paddock to sign copies of his book “no regrets” as well as some replica 1986 jerseys, he even has his 1986 full on HRC race bike he will be doing a parade lap on Sunday.
There’s so much going on before the gate drops on the racing action on Saturday and Sunday, with four blocks of racing by the greatest racers on the planet, all on era-correct 2-strokes; simply put, it’s going to be epic!
Despite securing additional camping fields, camping spots are selling out fast – when it’s full, it’s full, so the advice is don’t hesitate to book if you want to camp.
