Brad Todd to fully commit to racing in America for 2026

After a few stints racing in America in the last couple of years, British MX racer Brad Todd is going full tilt stateside in 2026 and will be racing the full AMA Pro Motocross Championship.

Todd raced five rounds last year and improved as the season went on, finishing with his best result of the year with 30th overall at Unadilla. On top of this, he finished 2nd in the Scottish Championship, although his British Championship standings suffered due to his racing in America,

To make his dream happen, Brad has called on British brands to support him as he looks to make a name for himself in the USA.

His full statement says:

Alright guys

My 2026 plans are still a bit of a work in progress.. It is true I’m going to compete in the AMA Pro Motocross Championship over seas

This opportunity is not possible without a great sponsor of mine DK off-road and all the Neesam family

I’m pretty certain I’m on for a manufacturer change as it stands but nothing is solid yet

I do not have any part deals with any companies.

I have no kit deal in place

There is going to be a lot of money thrown into the traveling, and getting myself set up for it, I’ll still be my own team essentially, but this is something that will never happen again in my lifetime if I don’t go for it so I’ll make it happen one way or another.. You will still see me at the odd British and Scottish championship when the calendars come out most likely. But I’m fully committing to USA.

The bike and kit are a pretty blank canvas at the moment. But It Would be pretty cool to have some British brands on board to help fly the flag over there. Any motocross part companies/distributors out there, give me a shout

As for now I’ll keep working on it. Any advice or help with contacts would also be greatly appreciated

Thank you for everyone’s support, it’s been a pretty crazy year
