Plans are in full swing for the Battle of Nations – Nora MX Youth International Quad Team Event with be making its way into the calendar in 2027, and now a list of classes has been released, which are detailed below:
The event will be held Under ACU regulations, and listed in the FIME Open Calendar – Allowing riders to compete under their home Federations licence, combined with a Start permission
The event will hold 2 youth classes – Each nation’s team consisting of up to 3 riders in each class (up to 6 riders in total):
Mini Quads: Teams in the Mini’s class may consist of a combination of up to 3 riders/Machines of the following specification:
- 8-13 Years old – 100cc Auto Production Quad built by manufacturer (Engine must not exceed 100cc 2 stroke Auto/ 150cc 4 Stroke Auto)
- 8-13 Years old – 100cc Open (Geared) – Max 100cc 2 stroke, 150cc 4stroke ) . Engines must not exceed 119cc 2 Stroke / 179cc 4 stroke (Hybrids allowed with a Max Frame size of 250cc Frame)

Junior Quads: Teams in the Junior class may consist of a combination of up to 3 riders/machines of the following specification:
- 11-16 Years Old – 150cc Open (Geared) – Max 100cc 2 Stroke Air cooled / 150cc 4 stroke Water-cooled (Hybrids allowed)
Engines must not Exceed 119cc 2 stroke / 179cc 4 stroke - 11-16 Years old – 250cc Air cooled – Air cooled production quad. Performance modifications are allowed up to a maximum 239cc 2 stroke / 299cc 4 stroke. Frames to be OEM or Equivalent Geometry
- 14-17 Years old – 250cc Open – Hybrids allowed – Engine must not exceed 239cc 2 stroke / 299cc 4 stroke
Youth Sidecar: Youth Sidecar class will be an open class for riders of the following Categories:
- 9 – 11 Years old: Up to 150cc 2 stroke Up to 250cc 4 stroke
- 11 – 16 years old: Up to 250cc 2 stroke / Up to 450cc 4 Stroke
