3 Flo Concepts roll out new MX Youth team

3 Flo Concepts have added six new riders to their youth motocross athlete program for 2026 with the formation of their new ‘3 Flo Ninju MX Academy – powered by Crescent Yamaha’. The freshly formed team will align and work with the established ‘3 Flo Madison Crescent Yamaha Blu Cru’ team, Yamaha Motors UK’s officially supported youth motocross team and the riders across both teams will be part of the Blu Cru UK program.

They have also added a new rider to their line up on the ‘3 Flo Madison Crescent Yamaha Blu Cru’ team with last year’s Weston Beach race 65cc winner Preston ‘Bam-Bam’ Chorley representing the team on a YZ85 in the small wheeled 85cc class. Bam-Bam will be joining the existing line up from 2025 of Ollie Bubb (MX2), Lucas Moncrieff (British and EMX125), Jamie Currie (BW85) and Tommy Wood (British and EMX65).

The all new ‘3 Flo Ninju MX Academy – powered by Crescent Yamaha’ consists of regional and national riders who will be racing Yamaha YZ models from 125cc down to 65cc. The team is represented in it’s inaugural year by Bobby Farmer (125), Ollie Burridge (125), Frank Bishop (85), Finley Symes (85), James Burridge (65) and Arthur Rowe (65).

There’s also some other new partners to the 3 Flo MX Squadron program for 2026 with 3 Flo Concepts also striking a deal with YESS Goggles to support both teams, with the ‘3 Flo Madison Crescent Yamaha Blu Cru’ team running the signature YESS / 3 Flo Concepts collaboration blue candy goggles. Acerbis UK have also come on board as the official plastics supplier to both teams and Renthal are now supporting the ‘3 Flo Madison Crescent Yamaha Blu Cru’ team for handlebars, grips and sprockets through Apico and Ferodo will supply brake pads for the full season of racing ahead.

3 Flo Concepts founder and owner Jeff Perrett is happy and excited in equal measures on his team’s advancement for 2026 saying; “I’m obviously pleased to announce the new ‘3 Flo Ninju MX Academy – powered by Crescent Yamaha’ team. It’s been in the pipeline since I started the original ‘3 Flo Madison Crescent Yamaha Blu Cru’ team back in 2023 with Crescent Motorcycles, Yamaha UK and Madison. I’ve stuck to a game plan and now that the original team is established and has a solid foundation the time was right to get to work on getting the academy team off the ground. As Yamaha UK’s official youth MX team, obviously the emphasis with the ‘3 Flo Madison Crescent Yamaha Blu Cru’ is to be at the sharp end of national competition and also try to help and develop our riders into European competition and that’s what we’ve been doing. We’ve won a couple of national championships with Ollie Bubb winning the Bridgestone Masters MXY2 title last year and Jamie Currie winning the Arenacross Small Wheeled 85cc title in 2024. Last year Tommy Wood raced the entire EMX65 championship and made it to the finals and Lucas Moncrieff did more EMX125 rounds and he will be doing more again this year and hopefully both will be strong contenders for the ACU British titles. I’m also really happy to have Preston ‘Bam-Bam’ Chorley join the team, he’s such a likeable and decent kid and a very welcome addition to our team. We now have a rider in each category of youth classes and MX2 in British motocross and that’s something myself and Yamaha UK are proud of, especially as we continue to build the Blu Cru program in the UK.”

“As for the addition of the academy team, I’d like to thank Aaron Rowe and Dave Blackman from Ninju for reaching out, sharing the vision and coming on board in what I hope will be an exciting and long journey as we help and develop riders to a higher level. We’ve also got some ideas that we hope will also help the sport of motocross get a bit more main stream recognition in the high street and beyond and I’m looking forward to working with them and all the riders on that. I’ll be getting out and coaching all the riders across both of the ‘3 Flo MX Squadron’ teams and also spinning the wheels a bit myself. I might not be as quick as some of the lads anymore but I’d like to think I’ve still got some moves to show them and not embarrass myself too much! Also a special shout out to Nathan Dessimone at YESS goggles for sharing the passion of what we’re all about. It’s been a lot of hard work to pull it all together, but anything worth while always is. I’m now looking forward to getting to the races, having a good time with the lads and their parents and helping them achieve their goals with the help of all our awesome partners who support us and enable us to do what we love.”

Aaron Rowe, co-founder and owner of Ninju is equally excited about the announcement. “We’re really proud that Ninju has teamed up with 3 Flo Concepts as the title partner to launch this exciting and fresh Yamaha motocross academy team. Working alongside Jeff and an incredible group of young MX riders, we’ll be helping keep the squad hydrated, fuelled, and race ready with the nation’s favourite – Ninju. This is a massive step for us, partnering with a world-class manufacturer like Yamaha and supporting the next generation of motocross talent. The Ninju name is heading into the racing scene and we’re just getting started. It’s one huge season incoming for us with solid plans for the future and we’re pumped on it and looking forward to getting out to as many races as possible and supporting the lads.”
