The popular Rhayader Evening Motocross takes its place on the calendar once again in 2026, with Wednesday 27th May being the date to be etched into your diary.

Attracting huge crowds and big stars to their Cwmythig Hill venue, the event has become one of the biggest off-road spectacles in Wales, with British MX Champion Conrad Mewse taking home the title in 2025.
Again, there will be a spectacular 10-race format, culminating in the heart-pounding Grand Final ‘Dash for Cash’ race.
There are classes for:
Group 1 – Pro/Expert
Group 2 – Clubman/Veterans 35+
Group 3 – Ladies/Novices
The timetable for the evening is:
3:00 pm – The gates swing open, welcoming all enthusiasts and thrill-seekers.
4:00 pm – 5:15 pm – Sign-on period for participants, ensuring everyone is set for the action.
5:30 pm – Practice rounds kick off, giving riders a chance to get acquainted with the course.
6:30 pm – The intensity ramps up as the first race launches, setting the tone for an electrifying evening.
