Like his brother Hunter Lawrence powered to victory in Race 2 the 2025 Motocross of Nations in Ironman for Team Australia, although he did have a couple of falls. Jo Shimoda for Japan would work his way up to second, and Privateer Jan Pancar of Slovenia had a fantastic third.
Liam Everts for Team Belgium would be fourth, France’s Maxime Renaux was fifth, Andrea Bonacorsi was sixth for Team Italy and RJ Hampshire, who at times was in third, suffering crashes, finished seventh.
Netherlands racer Kay de Wolf would match his eighth in moto one, again being the top MX2 rider in 8th place.
It was a disaster of a moto for Team GB, with Conrad Mewse going down early in the moto but working his way up to 23rd, and it was a DNF for Dylan Walsh!
Australia move to the top of the standings ahead of Team USA and France!
