Following the exciting relaunch of the ACU British Youth Grasstrack Championship, the ACU Track Racing Commission (TRC) would like to share an important update with the grasstrack community.

Despite early enthusiasm and interest, the planned 2025 championship event due to to take place on 9th/10th August hosted by New Stars Grasstrack will not go ahead in its originally intended format due to insufficient entry numbers at this stage.
The decision, while difficult, has been made to ensure that the event is sustainable, and truly representative of the potential success it plans to achieve.

However in true grasstrack spirit this is not the end. We are delighted to announce that Helsby and District Junior Grasstrack Club will host a revised-format youth event on Saturday, 12th July 2025.
This exciting alternative will uphold many of the original event’s key aims, with a continued focus on youth participation, rider development, and coaching. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all riders, families and New Stars Grasstrack club who expressed support for the original event.
The TRC remains committed to youth development and will continue to work closely with organisers to strengthen the future of grasstrack racing in the UK.
