The start line is set to be full in all classes when the MXGP freight train reaches France and the Lacapelle circuit for Round 5 of the 2026 FIM World Motocross Championship on the 23rd & 24th May.

In MXGP, Apico Honda’s Tom Grimshaw joins Dirt Store Triumph’s Ben Watson on the line, while Adam Sterry will also hopefully be riding for the Chambers Racing team.
Over in MX2, Billy Askew makes his World Championship debut, while Ollie Colmer will have his new Chambers Racing teammate, Cas Valk, under the awning with him.
The Women’s Motocross Championship also fires into life, and Lucy Barker, who is our lone representative, will be looking to continue on in the fantastic form from the end of the 2025 season, where she was on the fringe of the podium positions.
