VIDEO: 2021 Dakar Rally Stage 2 – Highlights, Results and Standings

Stage two of the 2021 Dakar Rally proved to be a tough one for the British riders with our front runner Sam Sunderland finishing in 16th dropping him down the order to 12th.

Jamie McCanney holds his spot inside the top twenty with 19th on the stage and in the standings saying on his facebook page “Tracks were fast and I wasn’t used to riding at that speed, enjoyed the dunes but things were happening too fast for my liking after that 😂 lost a heap of time at the end that put me out of the top 12 but happy enough!”

David Knight dropped down the order to 39th after finishing 44th, while Neil Hawker was 62nd in the stage and now sits in 59th position after the two stages.
