This year’s event has kindly been sponsored by Wincanton Print and with a massive prize fund entries have been flying in and includes many of the country’s top riders. Unfortunately, last year’s winner Jake Nicholls will be a non-starter still out with injury but there are plenty of other riders looking to get their name on that prestigious Trophy which is said to be worth somewhere in the region of £20,000.
Other riders include the likes of Elliott Banks-Browne who is making his first attempt at winning this Trophy along with team-mate Luke Burton, Luke Hawkins, Rob Holyoake, Luke Mellows, Taylor Hammal, young 15 year old Louie Kessell, James Dunn, Luke Dean, Luke Sturgeon, Ross Kersey, Ricky Wiggins plus past winners like Brad Anderson who won it in 2010 with fellow 2-Stroke rider and 2016 winner Todd Kellett who for sure will have plenty of local support and Jake Shipton returns and will be looking to win the Trophy for the third time after winning it in 2015 & 2017 plus many others.
Little Silver has easy parking with excellent viewing and there will be trade stands and refreshments. Little Silver will be signposted off the end of the M5 Motorway (Postcode EX6 7UD) with practice at 4pm and the first race at 6pm.
