Tribal – MX British Clubmans Sidecar Championship Round 2 – Race Report and Results
The second round of the 2019 Tribal – MX British Clubmans Sidecarcross championships was held on bank holiday Monday at the Wattisfield circuit hosted by the Diss MCC. Despite have had virtually no rain for at least six weeks the club had done an excellent job in track preparation laying down enough water to ensure no dust at all during the twelve-race programme.
In addition to the twenty-eight entries from registered riders the club had also received wild card entries from Shaun Mallows / Tony Grahame and Dave Keane / Paul Horton both mounted on beautifully prepared twin cylinder Yamaha WASPs from a time before anyone had fitted a two stroke motor into a sidecar.

With the 2019 Sidecar Cross season underway both home and aboard, the ACU Motocross Committee are pleased to announce the appointment of a new Team GB Manager for the Sidecar Cross of Nations following Martin Guilford’s decision to step down from the position.

The opening round of the 2019 Pro Clean ACU British sidecarcross championships took place on Sunday at Milton Malsor motocross Park hosted by ACU events. Overnight rain and selective watering of the track on Saturday afternoon ensured the circuit remained in near perfect condition for racing on Sunday.

This weekend the first round of the 2019 ACU Pro Clean British sidecarcross championships takes place at Milton Malsor MX Park hosted by ACU events. It was a night of ups and downs for many of the crews with plenty of ‘shake-ups’ taking place, but eventually the cream appeared to rise to the top as former multi-British champions Mark Cossar and Carl Blyth took an emphatic victory aboard their brand new Suzuki GSX-R outfit. It was far from plain-sailing for the Cossar outfit, however, as the Rugby racer experienced a turbulent night from race number one.

Championship Opener Draws Closer for British Sidecars and Quad Championship
With under a month until the opening round of the ACU Pro Clean ACU British Sidecar Cross Championship and ACU British Cromwell Trucks Quad Cross Championship is due to get underway at Milton Park, Northamptonshire, the ACU can confirm that entries are now open.

The first round of the championship will take place at the popular Northamptonshire venue Milton Park on 28th April organised by ACU Events Ltd.
