Rosie Rowett crowned 2018 ACU British Ladies Enduro Champion at Natterjack!
Saturday’s weather was cloudy and dry, with Rosie the last to leave the compound in the Ladies class, chasing into the woods up to the MX test to the notorious sand bowl, then continuing back into the old style Enduro terrain.
Rosie’s test times were fast, equaling Expert times as well as clubman classes, finishing the day with over a minute lead.
Sunday the going and the Enduro test was in reverse, the MX test remained the same, this proved more challenging, with a large wall face then over a log, Rosie managed with ease, and nothing was stopping her, test times were fast, making one fault in the Enduro test. Rosie’s performance was continuous throughout the day. Defending her 2017 British Ladies title with plenty of challenges from Nieve this weekend and during the year.
Rosie said “It’s been a fantastic year, not without saying I had to keep on my game to make this happen, and I’ve experienced so many riding skills in this Enduro that I will take on board for future events.
“A massive THANKYOU to my sponsors. Your support has assisted me to achieve this 2018 win, which I am so grateful for.
“2019 may see new challenges in Europe as well as The British Championships, with your continuing sponsor’s support I will use everything I have experienced in the last 3 years riding at this competitive British level, and raise the bar to greater heights in 2019
THANKYOU. ROSIE X”
Congrats Rosie from all at Dirt Hub.
