More than just Mayhem. Moped Mayhem Enduro 2018
You know we love the off kilter, the left of the centre, the mavericks and the Off Road renegades and that’s why the form of Moped Racing is right up our street and is growing every year.

That primal going back to basics, team work, creating solutions to machinery problems… it all harkens back to the days of old and essentially why it is becoming more and more popular as we become a society that yearns experience’s over things.
Such is the demand for this type of event Moped Mayhem are now hosting three of their charity Endurance events in 2018, all taking place at their Weedon venue near Daventry (NN7 4SD). Their events take the form of a 4 hour Endurance race on a motocross track with the simple task to complete as many laps as you can.
Riders are in teams of 2 to 4 designed for riders of all abilities ages 16 years or over, with prizes given out to the
1st, 2nd and 3rd in each class.
The rules are pretty simple too, the engine must originate from a road going moped. But frames can be any you like. So should you want to build a weird and wonderful machine with a moped engine you are free to do so as long as its safe!
Moped mayhem is for the whole family, there is a bouncy castle, an inflatable quad track, licensed bar and food vans at each race. Camping is welcome the night before and Is a great way to get to know your fellow riders.
The classes are:
– 50cc Twist and Go
– c90 Cub engined bike
– 50cc Sports – ie Hand clutched
