“We couldn’t be more proud and this weekend is a result of a lot of hard work from the families, friends, teams, sponsors and supporters of the riders and Team GB in general. Our riders have been fantastic. For us the main objective of coming to the Junior World Championship is to give Britain’s up-and-coming talent experience both in terms of riding tracks in different countries, and racing against international competition. It’s also a special opportunity for our youngsters to represent our country. To finish on the podium is something is a great achievement, an added bonus. We were also very happy to receive the FIM Ride Green Cup – which also represents a lot of the direction we as a team, country and as RHL believe in. I am sure our juniors have benefitted a lot from this experience and I would like to congratulate everyone involved,” Gareth Hockey – Team GB Manager.
