The Second Coming! Pitbike Speedway Championships – Preview

The second round of the PFS (IFA) Ltd – PitBike Speedway World Championship takes place this Sunday at the Iwade venue in Kent.

This round will be running with a new race format, tested in the Christmas special, and means you can be assured of high octane, intense racing from the outset.

With riders being grouped based on their speed, racers of similar speed will go head to head, with opportunities rife for an underdog to move through the ranks and gain big points in the standings.

Introducing our new Feature Grasstrack Racer James Shanes

As we power headlong into year three of Dirt Hub’s existence, we are working with more feature racers for 2019, with one of the latest being British Grasstrack, Longtrack and Speedway racer James Shanes.

James hails from Dirt Hub’s home county of Dorset, and out of all of our Feature Racer’s there is no doubting he racks up the most amount of miles as he races over 100 meetings a year all over Europe.

King Ted! Pit Bike Speedway Xmas special ”KING OF THE RING” – Race Report and Results

Edward Kennett put the disappointment of his GP first round nightmare well behind him with a faultless 16 point elite maximum in front of a bumper 100+ christmas crowd at Iwade today.

With the new 3 tier grading system working to great effect the racing was super close and every race win was furiously fought after on every inch of the fantastic Iwade circuit.

The Split – Pitbike Speedway Xmas Special – Preview and Line up’s!

This Sunday 30th December at Iwade in Kent, it’s the Pitbike Speedway Xmas Special, with an added twist as the entry is split into 3 tiers to hopefully provide better and closer racing all day.

The finals will still be mixed, however the A&B will be from the Elite group, C,D&E from the Pro-Am etc. Top 3 still progress upwards as usual

Golden Godden! Pitbike Speedway Championships 2018/19 Round 1 – Race Report and Results

Motorcycle sport was the winner today as the “No Sponsor” PitBike speedway world champs flew from the tapes on a sun drenched Iwade for GP1.

Veteran Ex-Pro Mitchel Godden showed the youngsters exactly how’s it’s done in tricky conditions with a fault-less 16 point maximum + A final victory. Godden #140 mounted on a recently purchased Zircon M2R 2v machine from a Rochester council estate proved that if a bike can out run the fuzz from 3 post office robberies and a smash n grab it can win as standard (ish) at PitBike speedway.
