Dan Mundell completes the Honda RedMoto Lunigiana Enduro Team for 2020!
With the young English rider signing up the team’s line-up is now completed and he will race the season alongside former British Motocross rider Alex Snow.
Among the most recent talents of British enduro, Dan Mundell is 21 years old: he was born in North Devon and he has practised enduro since childhood thanks to his father’s passion. In 2017 he made his debut in the Youth Enduro World Championship with a wildcard ride at the Italian GP, finishing 4/3 on the weekend, and in 2018 he was 3rd, while last year he missed the GP season due to injury but still finished as U23 British Champion.
“I would like to thank Gianni Belloni, his team and Honda-RedMoto, who made this dream come true. The objective is to learn, to improve race after race and to reach the sharp end of the Junior class. It will be a completely new and interesting challenge: I will give my best for a great season. Thanks a lot to Honda Red Moto and especially Gianni at Lunigiana for this awesome opportunity!”.
“Dan is a young rider with great perspective and he exactly was the one we were looking for. Honda RedMoto Lunigiana Team project is also e a project for the young talents and I’m happy to give him the opportunity to race in the Junior class of the World Championship. I appreciate his motivation and his ambition to follow in the footsteps of his compatriots Steve Holcombe and Brad Freeman. With Dan Mundell and Alex Snow we aim for a good 2020”.
