Team GB head to Morizes for World Longtrack Team Cup
The FIM “Don Godden” World Longtrack Team Cup is set to take place in Morizes, France this Saturday night. Led by team manager Mitchel Godden, Great Britain look in excellent shape to win back the title which they won back in 2015.

Captain Chris Harris looks to have hit form at a perfect time heading into Saturday’s event with the video of his tremendous performance at last weekend’s World Longtrack round going viral online. Adding plenty of world class support to Team GB will be two-time European Champion & 2015 Team Championship gold medalists James Shanes, who has also been in great form on the continent this season. Newly crowned British Masters champion Zach Wajtknecht joins the 2018 team too, and is in the midst of his best season yet. The Final member of the team comes with plenty of experience of French track racing. This year’s Master of Midshires winner Adam Ellis actually began his career in the south of France and is an excellent choice for Team GB at this venue. Our boys are real contenders for this year’s meeting.
The action takes place on Saturday evening, and we hope to bring updates through the night’s racing.
