Meet your Motocross Heroes at Hawkstone Festival of Legends!
Have you ever wanted to get up close with all your MX heroes from our golden past, well you will have the chance this weekend, September 1-2, at the Cumbria Twinshock Festival of Legends at Hawkstone Park.
The two-day meeting includes Toughsheet National Twinshock, and West Midlands Evo Championship racing, but with the added bonus of a get together of legends on Sunday September 2nd, with riders who entertained us from the 1960’s to the 1990’s.
Eurosports Jack Burnicle will be on hand to interview the many guests in the hospitality area during the interval. And this will be followed by the Mini Parade Laps with the legends on borrowed bikes. Rumour has it that Roger Harvey and Paul Harrison have been in training for the fun laps. The marquee will be packed with old pictures, programmes and memorabilia, and there will be full catering on site, trade stands, toilets, free parking, bouncy castle, Saturday night entertainment, including a quiz.
Admission for spectators is £10 including a superb souvenir programme, and camping is available from Friday.
Guests attending so far in 2018, and the list is growing by the day are;
