British Womens Motocross Association presents the The GoBrutal WMX Challenge -NOW CANCELLED
Since we went to press with this article, the event has now been cancelled:
The BWMA are putting on a one off non Championship event, “The GoBrutal WMX Challenge” to allow the British Championship girls to race against top GP riders, and for other girls to race with the BWMA to hopefully join the championship next year.

This includes a class for 65cc bikes but these will be run with the 85’s. This is to see if there would be a call for a 65cc class next year.
Already we have Natalie Kane coming over. Natalie is current Swedish Champion and a consistent top 5 GP rider and previous GP winner, Icelandic champion Gyda Heidarsdottir is also signed up as she is keen to race against the British girls having seen how quick the British girls are and how professional the BWMA Championship is run. Chelsea Gowland will be top Brit hoping to give Natalie a run for her money already having an IMBA race win this year and current leader of the BWMA British Championship, We are hoping for more international riders to join in.
GoBrutal the Manchester based clothing company is a major sponsor of the event and supporter of the BWMA along with Westermans International and Rapid Moto. We are hoping to add more sponsors to help make this a great
Up for grabs in the Pro Womens class is a first prize of £500, the highest single race purse in British Womens Motocross, with £250 for 2nd and £100 for 3rd. National Ladies Class and youth all fighting for trophies.
